On September 26, 2024, Hurricane Helene made landfall in Perry, Florida, marking one of the most significant weather events in recent history or so we thought. No more than a week and a half later Hurricane Milton made landfall on October 9,2024.  Hurricane Milton broke multiple records dating back 100 plus years. The storm's surges caused extensive devastation across multiple states. In response, we are committed to facilitating the recovery process by providing residents with a safe haven as they navigate the challenges ahead.

 

We are organizing Hurricane Recovery Expos in several locations to connect affected residents with vetted contractors and local and state agencies. These events will be offered at no cost to attendees, ensuring that residents who are both local and non local have access to the resources they need for recovery. Our mission is to support the community on their journey to recovery and resilience.
